EMP utilizes three Walther Trowal high volume polishing machines.   These automated  finishers are perfect for mirror polish finishes on complex 3D shapes.  The manual polish prep line consists of over 20 Bader grinders.  The combination of skilled Mexico based labor and precision investment castings, provides high value and quick delivery to North America.  EMP maintains weekly shipments of finished goods to its warehouse in Shreveport, Louisiana.
